WellbeLink makes it easy to keep your Wellbe Guided CarePath(tm) updated with the latest health data on your iOS 8+ device. This easy to use app integrates with the Health App on your phone, acting as a gateway between your CarePath and the many popular health and fitness apps available on the iOS platform. Using WellbeLink, you can effortlessly share with your healthcare provider the personal health data they have requested as part of your Guided CarePath.
Requires iOS 8.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone and iPod touch.
